Job Description
Responsibilities
:1. Identify Automation Opportunities: Analyze existing customer master data management processes and identify areas where automation can be implemented to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce manual effort.
2. Automation Solution Development: Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting languages, or workflow automation platforms. Design and configure automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
3. Data Validation and Cleansing: Develop automated data validation and cleansing routines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Implement data quality checks and automated processes to identify and rectify data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
4. Integration and Synchronization: Integrate automated processes with various systems and data sources to ensure synchronization and data consistency across platforms. Collaborate with IT and other teams to establish data integration pipelines and troubleshoot integration issues.
5. Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance automated processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation enhancements, and implement necessary changes.
6. Data Security and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company data governance policies. Implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data during automation processes.
7. Documentation and Training: Document automation processes, workflows, and guidelines to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain process documentation. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on automated processes and tools.
8. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data governance, and business teams, to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure automation solutions align with business needs.
9. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated processes, addressing any issues or errors encountered. Monitor automated processes and ensure their smooth operation.
10. Stay Updated with Automation Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest automation tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend new automation solutions or enhancements to existing tools.
