 Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Analyst with over 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on expertise in log-level analysis, APIs, and client-server architecture. This role demands a strategic mindset, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed log-level analysis to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Understand and work across APIs, client-server architecture, middleware, and relational databases.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams in a techno-functional capacity.
• Prepare and manage BRDs and user stories; review UI designs on Figma and similar tools.
• Collaborate on testing efforts, including managing UAT and SIT environments.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of customer interfaces (mobile apps, web, etc.).
• Work on systems including Core Banking, CRM, and API Gateways.
• Support integration and implementation of payment systems such as UPI, BBPS, PFM, Remittances (preferred).
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and changes in the work environment.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with a zero-defect approach.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and practices.
• Ability to write effective BRDs and user stories.
• Knowledge of RDBMS is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to define test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing technology and team structures.
