Business Analyst

Were on the lookout for a Business Analyst seen deep in the printer product ecosystem and knows how the whole thing fits together end-to-end.

What were looking for:

Strong hands-on experience with printer ecosystems Hardware, Firmware, Drivers, Supplies (Ink/Toner), MPS, and Device Lifecycle Management

Experience with printer hardware & firmware interaction , print drivers, OS compatibility, and consumables lifecycle

Solid understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) concepts and enterprise print environments

Familiarity with integrations like smart print applications , print drivers (Windows, macOS, Linux), MPS platforms, and enterprise print servers

Comfortable working with metrics such as device utilization, print volumes, and consumables usage
