Job Description BA (Accounts):
- Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Experience in customer onboarding and digital account servicing journeys , including process mapping and end-to-end delivery support.
- Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Technology, and Operations teams to capture, refine, and document business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery , including creating epics, user stories, and backlog management using tools such as Jira and Confluence .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to engage global teams.
Prior experience working with HSBC or other large global banks will be advantageous
