• Position: Business Analyst Accounts (South Asia)
• Experience Required: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Banking Expertise

• Strong experience in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation .
• Work on customer onboarding and digital account servicing journeys for mobile and online channels.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with stakeholders across South Asia markets .
• Drive requirement gathering , gap analysis , and support end-to-end delivery .

1. Agile Delivery & Tools

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology .
• Author user stories , epics , and manage backlogs using Jira and Confluence .

1. Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
• Work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams .

1. Additional Advantages

• Prior experience with global banking clients , preferably HSBC , is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills for scalable digital solutions .

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced BA in Retail Banking / Digital Banking .
• Comfortable handling regional stakeholders across South Asia.
• Experienced in Agile delivery , Jira/Confluence , and digital account journeys .
• Prior global banking exposure is highly desirable.
