Business Analyst (Accounting and Reporting) - India

As a Business Analyst (Accounting and Reporting), you will support Temenos T24 initiatives within financial institutions by performing functional analysis and configuration across key banking modules. You will work across accounting, reporting, deposits, loans, trade finance, payments, and treasury domains, applying your expertise in T24 and SDLC practices to enable effective implementation and optimisation.

What Youll Do and How Youll Succeed

• Perform functional analysis and configuration for Temenos T24, focusing on accounting and reporting modules.
• Support T24 implementations across modules such as Accounting, Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, and Treasury.
• Apply domain knowledge of corporate banking functions including accounts, funds transfer, FX, money market, loans and deposits, and general ledger.
• Work with related functionalities such as SWIFT, profit and loss, balance sheet, non-stop module, TPH including SEPA and domestic payments, treasury products, financial accounting, limits and collateral, AA modules (including Islamic), retail teller, clearing, and trade finance.
• Collaborate on T24 interfaces and thirdparty integrations, including screen changes and new inquiry generation.
• Contribute to modules such as Autoforms (LN and DM) and Temenos Analytics.
• Support testing activities, including test automation when applicable.
• Participate in full SDLC processes within financial institutions or Temenos product environments.

Experience

• You have 210 years of experience in Temenos product business analysis or in an IT department within a financial institution.
• You have functional experience in T24 accounting and reporting.
• You have been involved in full SDLC cycles.
• You hold a bachelors degree in computing or a relevant field.

Technical Expertise

• You have T24 functional and configuration experience in at least one of the following: Common, Accounting, Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, or Treasury.
• You possess corporate banking domain knowledge across areas such as accounts, funds transfer, FX, money market, loans and deposits, SWIFT, general ledger, P&L, balance sheet, non-stop module, TPH (SEPA and domestic payments), treasury (forex, MM, securities, derivatives), financial accounting, limits and collateral, AA modules (including Islamic), retail teller, clearing, or trade finance.
• You are familiar with T24 interfaces and thirdparty system integrations.
• You have exposure to Autoforms (LN and DM) and Temenos Analytics.
• You work confidently with testing processes and automation tools.
