Summary: As a Business Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research, gather and synthesize information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Provide support and training to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in analyzing and designing business models. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
