Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. - Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - Must have Certificatons : Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant - This position is based in Kolkata. - A 15 years full time education is required.
