Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. - Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. - Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and test plans. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Identify and communicate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration. - Experience in conducting business analysis and gathering requirements. - Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
