Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution using Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution using Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger. - Research, gather and synthesize information to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud Receivables and Collections. - Strong understanding of business architecture and process design. - Experience with data visualization tools. - Experience in assessing customer requirements and defining business solutions. - Solid grasp of financial systems and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business architecture, process design, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
