Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. - Assess the current state of the organization and its integration with technology. - Gather and synthesize information from various sources to support decision-making. - Define the future state and/or business solution based on customer requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in conducting business analysis and process improvement. - Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Knowledge of project management methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in EPIC Systems. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
