Summary: As a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution using your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution using your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Research, gather and synthesize information to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business goals. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in analyzing and designing business solutions. - Experience in gathering and synthesizing information to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
