Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. 2 Responsible for team decisions. 3 Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. 4 Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. 5 Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems. 6 Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. 7 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. 8 Develop and maintain project documentation. 9 Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials, Oracle Financials. 2 Strong understanding of financial processes and systems. 3 Experience in conducting business process analysis and improvement. 4 Ability to gather and document business requirements. 5 Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. 6 Experience in conducting user acceptance testing.
