Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. - Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Conduct research and gather data to support business decision-making. - Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies. - Provide support in project planning and management. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with business analysis tools and techniques. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with project management principles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. - Understanding of Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of the automotive industry. - Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. - Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotives. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
