Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and user manuals. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and elicit feedback from stakeholders. - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in conducting requirements gathering and analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean. - Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and system validation. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A BE degree is required.
