Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business operations. - Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the implemented solution meets the business requirements. - Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. Good exposure on Customer service, sales and service module To be part of the Workshop, documenting detailed Requirement and Functional Design Document Participate in discovery sessions, prepare Process flow using Visio, Business Rules, prepare Design, Detailed Analysis and BRD document Having exposure on Azure DevOps Candidate must have CRM Testing experience Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Execution Plan coordinating. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
