Summary: As a Business Analyst in the Business Architecture team, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering and synthesizing information, assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, assess current state, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Assess customer requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs. - Design and implement SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA solutions to support business processes and systems. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FICO. - Solid understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions to support business processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
