Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and elicit feedback from stakeholders. - Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. - Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and usability of developed solutions. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Solid understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into clear and concise requirements. - Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies and frameworks. - Familiarity with project management principles and practices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
