Summary: As a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Design and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. - Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Logistics Management. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. - Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain project documentation. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to end-users. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
