Summary: As a Business Analyst in the Business Process Architecture team, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will also research, gather and synthesize information to provide impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assess the current state of the organization's processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. - Design and implement new processes and systems, ensuring alignment with the organization's business model and integration with technology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, ensuring customer requirements are met and solutions are impactful. - Provide expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Conduct analysis and research on Life Sciences, providing insights and recommendations for process and system improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Life Sciences. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with experience in designing and implementing solutions. - Experience in conducting analysis and research, with the ability to synthesize information and provide impactful recommendations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Computer System Validation (CSV). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
