Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead current state assessments to identify high level customer requirements. - Define business solutions and structures to realize identified opportunities. - Develop a business case to achieve the vision. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions. -Should have Petroleum engineering background and must possess experience of working with Energy components (EC) software. -Should be well versed with the functional workflows and have worked in configuring/ customizing the tool for at least one client -To understand and maintain the implemented workflows. -Support (in shifts) the existing functionalities and resolve the issues with in the SLAs defined. -Design, implement and test the enhancements to the tool leveraging the capabilities of tool Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream / Hydrocarbon accounting - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high level customer requirements. - Ability to develop business solutions and structures to realize identified opportunities. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good To Have Skills: Should have Petroleum engineering background and must possess experience of working with Energy components (EC) software. Should be well versed with the functional workflows and have worked in configuring/ customizing the tool for at least one client Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors or Masters Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Oil and Gas is required. - A Bachelors or Masters Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Oil and Gas is required.
