Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support decision-making and drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and concise business requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories. - Provide support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology integration. - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new systems and enhancements. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools. - Mentor and guide junior business analysts in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Salesforce CPQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. - Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies. - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various modules. - Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Elicitation: Utilize advanced techniques to gather and document client requirements, and run effective client workshops. - Problem-Solving: Provide strategic and effective solutions to client problems. - Process Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements. - Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level BSAs to foster their professional growth. Professional Attributes: - Strategic Vision: Possess a clear strategic vision and the ability to align business analysis with organizational goals. - Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in engaging and managing stakeholder relationships. - Risk Management: Proficient in risk management practices to ensure project success.
