Contract Duration 12 months extendable up to 2 years
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Legal Digital Transformation program within a global pharma/healthcare organization. The role involves working with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to digitize and optimize legal processes using modern technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to analyze and improve legal processes
- Support implementation of CLM, Matter Management, and E-Billing solutions
- Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, and process documentation
- Support Agile delivery and UAT activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
Required Skills:
- 8+ years BA experience
- Experience in Legal Operations or regulated environments
- Exposure to pharma/life sciences/healthcare domain
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CLM/workflow tools and JIRA/Confluence
