Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technical Analyst with 6-8 years of
experience, including at least 3 years in software development using Java or Angular or any
frontend frameworks, and 3+ years as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in Agile methodologies, creating user stories, acceptance criteria,
and feature creation.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Liaise between different departments and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and features.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of professional experience in software development and business analysis.

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Java or Angular or any frontend framework.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and features.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
