Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our trading desk and strategy teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent MBA Finance graduates who are passionate about financial markets, derivatives, and trading to build a career in the fast-paced world of proprietary trading.

Requirements

Education (Mandatory):

• MBA in Finance is mandatory completed within the last 12 years from a recognised institution. Candidates without an MBA in Finance will not be considered.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge of Futures & Options (F&O) and derivatives markets.
• Understanding of trading concepts, order types, market structure, and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Experience:

• 01 years of relevant experience in trading, financial analysis, or a related domain.
• Internship or project experience in capital markets, equity research, or derivatives is preferred.

Location (Mandatory):
