Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for complete value stream for new Hot Runner Systems and Controller
-
Develop proposals for solutions concerning application engineering for hot runners in coordination with the application engineering department
-
Customer support by telephone or if necessary, personally concerning application, new implementation and ongoing projects
-
Prepare offers according to given specifications and Negotiate offers with the customers within given limits
-
Support service projects (customer complaints, repairs and reconstruction) and sales actions (documentation and quote status)
-
Close collaboration with the Sales / Service / Engineering and R&D department
-
Close collaboration and information exchange with the customer, the design engineering department and the field sales engineer in charge, as well as with the logistics department.

Support and monitor projects ranging from the planning stage to delivery and in the field

Support the customer in application engineering

Arrangement with the customers and coordination of appointments of projects ranging from inquiry to the ordering phase and to delivery

Central point of contact person for our customers
