Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment

Partner with senior leaders to identify business challenges and opportunities that require L&D interventions.

Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Serve as a consultant to leaders and HR teams on talent development initiatives.

Needs Analysis and Program Design

Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Design and curate learning solutions, including workshops, eLearning modules, coaching, and blended learning programs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content tailored to business-specific needs.

Stakeholder Engagement
-
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for L&D matters.

Champion employee development and advocate for a learning culture across the organization.
