Business Analyst - Demand Planner

Responsible for data validation, data analysis, data preparation, and data evaluation

Generate Statistical Forecast for defined categories

Embed business inputs/intelligence into statistical forecast to generate final consensus forecast

Execute Lean and Six Sigma GB projects to drive process optimization

Demonstrate good analytical and logical skills in analyzing complex data

Articulate and present analysis/ideas to senior leadership

Ensure zero surprise operations delivery. Adhere to service deliver guidelines.

Manage a team of 6 Demand Planners to ensure surprise free operations

Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related area of study OR equivalent, relevant work experience
