Business Analyst - Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction and assembly of architectural models using various materials, such as wood, foam, plastic, and cardboard.

Follow instructions and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to accurately create models that reflect the design intent.

Utilize model-making tools and equipment, including but not limited to, laser cutters, 3D printers, and traditional model-making tools.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure that models meet their specifications.

Apply artistic and creative skills to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the models, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively communicate the design concepts.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and organization of materials, tools, and equipment.

Assist in the maintenance and repair of model-making equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in model-making techniques and materials and incorporate them into the construction process when appropriate.

Adhere to established safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
