Business Analysis Manager- Client Remediation

OptumRx is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst (Client / Benefits) to join our Client Remediations team. This internalfacing role partners closely with operational teams to analyze pharmacy claim issues, validate benefit accuracy, and drive highquality remediation outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Analyze pharmacy claims and calculate before & after scenarios for client issue remediation
• Review and evaluate external auditor findings
• Research and validate claims data to identify trends and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with client account teams and crossfunctional departments
• Provide clear explanations, interpretations, and recommendations based on data
• Support financial-impact projects and special initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree
• Experience with RxClaim
• Experience in PBM and understanding of pharmacy benefit structures
• 7+ years overall professional experience
• 4+ years experience in Financial/Reporting Analysis
• 2+ years applying analytical or critical-thinking skills (finance/accounting preferred)
• Experience handling large datasets, data validation, and data summarization
• Strong Excel skills (complex formulas, nested functions, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in remediation work
• SQL knowledge (tables, joins, query writing)
• Experience with Microsoft Access (tables, queries, joins, data manipulation)
• Self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
