Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with prior exposure to IT projects; experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights; keen attention to detail in identifying and implementing improved workflows and solutions.
Proficiency in tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, use cases, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL; experience with data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and API testing (SoapUI/Postman) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; Scrum Certification is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, business teams, and external partners.
Strong documentation and formatting skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and well-structured requirement materials.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.
Experience working closely with senior business analysts, product owners, or other key stakeholders for guidance, alignment, and best practice implementation.
