Business Alliances Associate

Job Summary:

Business Alliance Associate/Senior Associate/Team Lead will play a key role in managing and expanding Freyr's Global Affiliates Network, ensuring smooth collaboration with external consultants and boutique firms to strengthen Freyr's global regulatory service offerings. This role involves identifying potential partners, fostering long-term partnerships, addressing client regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. This role is of strategic in nature and falls within the Business Strategy Division at Freyr.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Client Requirement Handling

Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to address client-specific regulatory requirements, based on project scope and deliverables.

Cross-functional collaboration to manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery phases.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all internal project updates and status tracking related to consultant-driven initiatives.

2. Partner Onboarding

Facilitate the onboarding of consultants by adhering to organizational SOPs and contractual requirements.

Interact with the relevant teams to forecast market needs and prioritize onboarding in strategic regions.

Facilitate the evaluation of potential partners with input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Functional leads.

3. Partner Account Management

Engage and manage Freyrs Global Affiliates Network to enhance service delivery capabilities, response times/TAT, and pricing propositions.

Conduct monthly calls with strategic partners and quarterly calls with non-strategic partners to explore mutual business opportunities and maintain relationships.

Track and manage consultant performance to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

4. Governance

Collaborate with SMEs and Functional leads to assist in partner evaluation, conflict resolution, and delivery escalation management.

Identify risks and help address potential delivery gaps.

Ensure adherence to organizational governance and compliance protocols in all partner-related activities.

5. Partner Payment

Enable and track consultant payments, ensuring timely disbursements as per predefined milestones and relevant approvals from the Delivery Owners.

Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any payment-related concerns or discrepancies.

6. Business Analysis & Initiatives

Identify and evaluate business opportunities, new markets, and strategies to expand the affiliate network.

Conduct in-depth business analysis to track proposal metrics (won/lost/pipeline), improve conversion rates, and identify growth opportunities within the FreyrX network.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of global pricing models and trends to support competitive positioning and better conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2-6 years of experience in business alliance, partner/Vendor management, project management, regulatory or related roles.

Strong understanding of global regulatory services market, regional regulatory dynamics, and delivery models.

Proficiency in stakeholder management, data analysis, and relevant tools to support day-to-day tracking and operations.

Knowledge of contract management, payment processing, and governance frameworks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
