Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and contribute to the success of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges. - Develop and implement strategies to improve business agility and drive innovation. - Provide guidance and support to clients in adopting agile methodologies and practices. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile mindset and practices. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP. - Strong understanding of business agility principles and practices. - Experience in organizational transformation and change management. - Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Syniti ADM for SAP education is required.
