Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, facilitating discussions that drive organizational transformation, and guiding teams in adopting agile methodologies to enhance their performance and competitiveness in the market. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the clients' strategic goals, ultimately helping them to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile practices within client organizations. - Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance their business agility. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in organizational change management and transformation initiatives. - Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with performance management systems and their integration with business processes. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
