Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies for organizational transformation. - Assist clients in implementing agile methodologies and practices to improve business agility. - Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting agile frameworks and tools. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on agile principles and practices. - Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business agility and technology innovation. - Support the development and implementation of change management strategies. - Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. - Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and success criteria. - Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project updates and recommendations to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data mining and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. - Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks like Hadoop and Spark. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
