Business Affairs Manager

Were looking for a Business Affairs Manager with strong expertise in clearance, distribution, and broadcast traffic/scheduling operations.

• Overseeing broadcast traffic & scheduling workflows across markets
• Managing clearance, usage rights, and compliance for content and assets
• Driving distribution operations and ensuring seamless delivery to broadcasters/platforms
• Setting up robust processes, audit trails, and governance frameworks

Key requirement (very important):

• Experience in broadcast traffic/scheduling (broadcaster-side exposure) rather than purely agency-side ad delivery
• Understanding of how content is scheduled, logged, and aired by broadcasters
• Familiarity with tools/platforms like Adstream / Peach is highly preferred
• Strong grounding in rights, clearance, and multi-market distribution
