Design and deliver projects on Org structuring/restructuring and Org transformationDesign Governance Model/Target Operating Model for clientsDesign Digital Culture Assessment and Culture developmentDeliver projects in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and other people sustainability initiativesDeliver varied organizational development projects including Competency Framework Design, Career Architecture Design etc.Liaison and negotiate with senior stakeholders and leadership and influence them over strategic decisions required within organizationsLead and execute projects single-handedly (viz. the relevant project management processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management)Diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involvedDesign and execute workshops/seminars/trainings for the stakeholders involvedJob Description - Grade SpecificDefines the methods and the business analysis framework for the business analysis work to be carried out in their project/program together with the client.  Additionally performs requirements elicitation and modelling. Performs leadership activities within the project and beyond.
