We are looking for a results-driven and experienced professional to join our Bangalore team as a Business Development / Product Manager. The role involves managing leading IT/software brands, building a robust channel network, and driving strategic growth initiatives in the region.

Key Responsibilities


Lead business development efforts for assigned IT and software product lines, especially in SaaS and cybersecurity domains.

Identify, onboard, and manage partners, resellers, and VARs to build a strong channel ecosystem.

Collaborate with OEMs and internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Oversee the full product lifecycle including pricing, positioning, enablement, and promotions.

Drive partner engagement through product presentations, training sessions, and joint business planning.

Track market trends and competitor movements to proactively identify growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and the internal sales team.


We are looking for,


58 years of relevant experience in IT/software product sales, business development, or product management.

Strong background in SaaS sales, with knowledge of subscription/licensing models.

Experience in channel development and partner management within the IT distribution landscape.

Exposure to cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
