Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Architect, based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, managing projects, and ensuring seamless integration of design components. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality projects aligned with organizational standards and client expectations. The Architect will also focus on ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to best practices in design and construction methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a focus on innovative and sustainable practices
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration systems relevant to modern architectural practices
• Proactive problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with clients
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• Familiarity with local building regulations and compliance requirements in Hyderabad is an advantage

We are looking for a forward-thinking Architect to drive DfMA and modular construction integration across projects. This role focuses on transforming traditional designs into factory-ready, scalable solutions.

Role Overview

• Identify opportunities for off-site manufacturing in project designs
• Drive DfMA adoption across architectural workflows
• Conduct feasibility studies for modular integration
• Collaborate with design, MEP, and manufacturing teams
• Evaluate and implement BIM, Digital Twins, and AI-led design tools
• Research emerging technologies, materials, and automation systems
• Lead pilot projects, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Track and improve modular adoption across projects

• Strong expertise in DfMA and modular construction
• Hands-on experience with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD)

Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters in Architecture or Industrial Design
