BU Head Oncology
Location: Mumbai.
Native is mandated by a reputed MNC pharmaceutical firm has been retained to identify a senior commercial leader who will guide the Oncology business for a leading pharmaceutical client. The role requires deep expertise in specialty care and the ability to shape an evolving oncology franchise.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead overall direction and performance of the Oncology business
- Drive commercial strategy covering planning, execution and market development
- Strengthen brand focus, key account engagement and competitive presence
- Ensure strong governance, compliance and operational discipline
- Partner effectively with cross functional teams to enable long term oncology growth
Experience Profile
- Minimum 15 to 17 years of total pharmaceutical experience
- Significant, dedicated experience in Oncology
- Prior leadership of an oncology business vertical within a reputed organisation
- Strong understanding of specialty care commercial models and scientific engagement
Leadership Attributes
- Structured thinking with clear decision making
- High ownership and comfort operating in a build oriented environment
- Ability to influence across teams and navigate complex stakeholder settings
- Strong commitment to compliance while maintaining solution focused agility
Qualification
- Post graduate management degree with a science based undergraduate background
