Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata for a BTL Sales Head. The BTL Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy and execution in line with the companys business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving business development, leading and mentoring the sales team, managing key client accounts, and analyzing market trends. The position also involves devising and implementing BTL sales initiatives, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to strategically drive business development and increase revenue
- Proven expertise in Business Developement and Team Management to lead and nurture sales teams effectively
- Analytical Skills for market data analysis, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-making
- Experience in client relationship building and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of BTL marketing strategies, event management, and brand activation initiatives
