Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a BTL Client Service professional. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding their needs, ensuring client satisfaction, facilitating the execution of campaigns, and maintaining clear communication between clients and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project performance, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth delivery of services aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services, and Client Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal relationship management
• Basic understanding of Finance-related tasks (e.g., budgeting, invoicing)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative to solve problems
• Knowledge of BTL marketing and event management is advantageous
• Proven experience in client servicing or a similar customer-focused role
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
