Location: Pune / Bangalore
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA (20232025 Passouts)
Experience: Freshers Only (No PG / No Experienced Candidates)
CTC: Pune 2.5 LPA | Bangalore 2.7 LPA
247 Rotational Shifts (US/UK) | 100% WFO
Training: 2 Months Mysore
Skills: Basic IT Support, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, VPN & Networking, ITSM/ServiceNow (preferred)
Role: Provide L1 support, log & manage tickets, troubleshoot basic issues & escalate to L2
Documents Required: PAN Card, Provisional Certificate, CMM & Mark Sheets
