About the Role
Branding & Visual Communication will be responsible for leading regional design and branding initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation across training programs, hospital units, events, and outreach activities. The role involves managing creative teams, executing multi-format visual assets, coordinating vendors, and driving impactful branding across physical and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional creative and branding team to deliver high-quality visual assets aligned with organizational brand standards.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute branding collaterals including brochures, standees, certificates, event kits, stage backdrops, signage, posters, and digital creatives.
- Oversee photography and video shoots for institutional events, training programs, awareness campaigns, and social media usage, ensuring visual consistency.
- Develop, implement, and enforce regional brand guidelines across internal branding, digital platforms, and outdoor media.
- Plan and execute internal branding installations across offices, training centers, classrooms, auditoriums, and common areas.
- Coordinate and manage outdoor branding and OOH campaigns such as hoardings, bus shelters, kiosks, and standees in compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, printers, fabricators, and media partners to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective execution of branding requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs while maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Support planning and execution of institutional events, health awareness drives, student engagement programs, and large-scale campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks for all branding initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, HR, L&D, and leadership teams to support organizational branding needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Design / Branding / Marketing is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience and strong expertise in visual design, branding, and creative direction.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience managing creative teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multi-location branding requirements.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.
- Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Design / Branding / Marketing is an added advantage.
