Job Title: Branding Manager (Brand Operations & Execution)
Location: Mumbai, India (On-site / Work from Office)
Travel: Yes (India + International as required)
Reporting To: Brand Director (primary) or Founder & CEO
Experience: 37+ years (In a similar role)
CTC: INR 7-12 LPA
Role Summary
We are hiring a Branding Manager to execute and manage brand implementation across Arcot Group and its portfolio companies. This role ensures our branding is consistent, premium, and on-time across every touchpointdigital and physicalwhile coordinating internal teams (graphics, video, social, content, web) and external vendors (printing, event booth fabricators, PR partners as needed).
This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership. You will work from the brand strategy and guidelines provided by leadership and turn them into high-quality assets, kits, collateral, and brand experiences across offices, events, marketing materials, and internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Brand Implementation & Consistency (Daily Execution)
- Implement brand guidelines across all company assets:
- websites/landing pages (branding elements)
- pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, case studies
- social templates, thumbnails, podcast packaging
- internal templates and email signatures
- Ensure consistent design and messaging standards across teams
- Run regular audits and fix inconsistencies proactively
2) Brand Operations & Workflow Management
- Manage the brand request intake process from teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, Events)
- Maintain a brand execution calendar and delivery timelines
- Track tasks, approvals, and dependencies so deliverables ship on time
- Enforce an approval workflow (Brand Director/CEO) for high-visibility assets
3) Physical Branding & Collateral Ownership
Own execution for physical branding including:
- employee welcome kits + onboarding kits
- customer onboarding kits + presentation folders
- merchandise / swag (t-shirts, mugs, gifts, etc.)
- office branding assets (signage, posters, branded elements)
- print collateral (brochures, standees, banners, etc.)
4) Events, Booths, Roadshows & Sponsorship Branding
- Coordinate branding deliverables for conferences, booths, and events: booth branding files and print-ready assets, standees, QR boards, brochures, handouts, staff apparel and event kits.
- Work with fabricators/printers/vendors and ensure quality + timelines
- Support on-ground execution when needed (travel)
5) Creative Coordination (Graphics/Video/Content)
- Brief internal teams clearly (graphics, video, content, web)
- Ensure creative output matches brand standards and campaign requirements
- Maintain version control and ensure correct files are used everywhere
- Improve asset reuse and reduce rework through better planning and templates
6) Brand Asset Library & Documentation
- Maintain an organized brand asset library for all brands: logos, fonts, brand colors, templates, icons, imagery libraries
- Keep files up to date and accessible to teams
- Help build and maintain templates and basic brand documentation (with Brand Director)
7) Vendor & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors when required: printing, fabrication, merchandise, event vendors
- Get quotes, timelines, ensure delivery quality and cost discipline
- Own vendor follow-ups and issue resolution
KPIs (How Performance Will Be Measured)
- On-time delivery rate of brand assets and collateral (weekly/monthly)
- Brand compliance rate (audit score across touchpoints)
- Turnaround time from request final delivery
- Rework rate due to missed brand standards (should reduce over time)
- Event readiness score (all booth/collateral ready before event deadlines)
- Brand library completeness (templates and assets always current)
Required Experience:
- 37+ years in brand management, brand operations, creative production, or marketing design coordination
- Strong understanding of branding consistency and quality standards
- Experience coordinating designers, video editors, content creators, and vendors
- Hands-on comfort with tools like Figma/Canva/Adobe (not mandatory to be a designer, but must be fluent enough to review quality)
