An established organization seeks a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Specialist for a one-year contractual role at our Mumbai offices in Goregaon West and Andheri West. The selected candidate will focus on high-level outreach and relationship management, directly engaging with CXO-level executives across India and internationally. This position requires outstanding communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong command of digital platforms.

• Conduct outbound calls to CXO-level contacts nationally and globally, effectively presenting company offerings and scheduling appointments.
• Follow-up on meetings and maintain continuous engagement with prospects and clients.
• Manage and update records in Excel sheets, ensuring accurate reporting and organization.
• Actively use LinkedIn for research, lead generation, and professional networking.
• Execute daily official tasks at the office, coordinating with internal teams and supporting sales operations as needed.
• Receive detailed company research and pitch decks to support outreach efforts; personalize approaches per client.
• Maintain flexibility for cold calling and adapt to targets and timelines.

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in sales, business development, or a similar capacity.
• Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of confidently engaging senior executives and performing cold calls.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Excel is mandatory.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work on a full-time contractual basis for one year at specified locations.
