Job Title: Branded Content Lead North (Individual Contributor Role)

About the Role

HT Digital Streams is looking for a Branded Content Lead North , a senior individual contributor (IC) role responsible for driving branded content revenues across corporate clients in NCR . This is a pure content sales role requiring strong client relationships, creative thinking, and a high-growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver content revenue targets for the North region.
• Acquire and grow corporate clients across key categories (IT/ITES, BFSI, Auto, Real Estate, Education, etc.).
• Pitch and sell editorial content, branded films, native content, thought-leadership programs, and integrated content packages.
• Manage the full sales cycle independently prospecting, pitching, negotiation, deal closure.
• Leverage strong relationships with brand teams, CMOs, digital leads, and agencies in the North.
• Collaborate with HT Digitals internal Content Solutions Team to build winning content ideas, proposals, and pricing.
• Work closely with the OneHT Sales Team for cross-selling opportunities and unified client engagement.
• Convert client briefs into high-quality creative + commercial proposals.
• Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to scale content monetization.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all content programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in branded content sales, digital media sales, or content-led solution selling.
• Strong corporate client and agency network in the North market.
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large content deals independently.
• Strong creative thinking combined with sharp commercial acumen.
• Excellent storytelling, pitching, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of digital content, brand communication, and marketing trends.
