We want a Visual Designer who is native to the internet. Someone who understands fashion, reels, motion, and attention. Someone who can move fast, experiment faster, and still keep things beautiful. If you naturally think: this will perform on Instagram youll fit right in.

1. AI-First Creative Skills

You are already using AI tools daily to create:

• Images
• Videos
• Motion graphics
• Micro-animations
• Concepts and visual worlds

AI is your playground, not your fear.

2. Born on Instagram

You understand:

• Hooks in the first 2 seconds
• Scroll-stopping visuals
• Reel pacing and transitions
• Carousels that get saved
• What makes content shareable

You design for attention.

3. Fashion & Trend Instinct

You follow fashion, creators, brands, and global culture obsessively.

You know whats trending before it becomes obvious.

You can forecast visual direction, not just copy references.

You should naturally know:

what feels like 2026 vs what feels like 2022.

What Youll Do

• Create high-impact visuals for Instagram, ads, website, and campaigns.
• Design reels, motion graphics, and micro-animations.
• Use AI to rapidly prototype creative directions.
• Work closely with founders and marketing to shape brand storytelling.
• Translate product features into visually exciting narratives.
• Push creative boundaries while staying brand-consistent.

• You bring ideas not just execution.

Bonus Points

• Fashion or lifestyle brand experience
• Content shooting / creative production experience (photo/video)
• Performance ad creatives understanding
• Strong typography and motion design sensibility
