Role Description

with 5-6 years of experience, this is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Brand Strategy Manager at Elintis Technologies. The role involves crafting and executing brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enhancing brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall brand strategy and positioning for the business line.
  • Define the brand narrative, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, retail environments, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing and social media teams to align brand storytelling with performance campaigns.
  • Develop brand collaboration strategies
  • Provide strategic direction to the content and design teams to ensure all brand assets align with brand identity.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, campaign impact, and audience growth.
  • Use data insights to continuously refine brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity AI to analyze market trends, consumer conversations, and competitive brand strategies.


Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 56 years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience working in lifestyle, fashion, retail, or D2C brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
