Were looking for a Creative Brand Strategist to drive growth across our Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has scaled social channels like IG & YT from 0 10K/50K/100K+, is hands-on with scripting, and knows how to manage content production end-to-end. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, growth, and program management, this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

• Content Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to scale YouTube and Instagram organically.
• Content Creation: Script engaging video/podcast content and repurpose across formats.
• Production Management: Manage editors and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Podcast Support: Contribute to podcast scripting, hosting support, and repurposing.
• Optimization: Use analytics, AI tools, and social media algorithms to improve performance.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven success scaling YouTube & Instagram channels with measurable growth.
• Strong scripting and storytelling skills.
• Experience in podcast production (scripting, hosting support, repurposing) is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage production workflows and creative teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools, social media algorithms, and organic growth strategies.
• Excellent program/project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
